Shipping & Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping across Canada takes 3–5 business days, while US orders arrive within 5–8 business days.
Shipping Rates
Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and package weight. Free shipping options may apply to qualifying orders over promotional thresholds.
Eco-Friendly Packaging
All items are carefully packed using sustainable, plastic-free materials, including kraft shipping boxes and natural cotton dust bags to protect your wool products.
