30-Day Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
Item Condition
Products must be unwrapped, unwashed, free of pet hair, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or store credit.
How to Start an Exchange
Email our Toronto team at info@feltora.ca with your order number to receive a return shipping label and instructions for your swap.
Refund Processing
Once your returned package is received and inspected at our hub, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
